Week 6: Weigh In Results

I’m excited to post another loss this week and thrilled that it is much larger than the last.  This week I’m down 4.4 pounds for a total of 18.8 lost since I started on January 2nd.   This is also a key milestone for me since I’ve now lost 5% of my body weight.  You can see more details of my change over on my progress chart page.  I continue to be thankful for all the support and encouragement!
