It really does help with stress…and not just create it!

I knew going in to today that it had the high potential to be one of THOSE days.  There is some craziness around my project right now and I considered ditching training this morning but I stuck with it.   I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was energized and my brain was fully engaged once I got to the office as opposed to the usual ramp up time I require with the aid of caffeine.

I also got to train with Corey Ritter who got me started with Body Design in the first place.  He’s a great motivator although his choice in music leaves something to be desired.  He’s willing to play any music we like but I’ve never been able to get the group to agree to pumping iron with Dolly Parton on the stereo.
