Spicy mustard is the new ketchup….

Some people say that putting ketchup on most anything can make it edible but in my case I’m finding that spicy mustard is the answer. Some of the diet foods I’m eating have tended to be on the bland side so I’m adding a healthy helping of Gluden’s spicy mustard and it kicks it up a notch. The best part is that the mustard has 5 calories per serving and ZERO Weight Watchers points.

I spoke too soon about the triceps not hurting from Monday. If spicy mustard is my new best friend, then Motrin is a close second. It’s certainly not unbearable but I am doing a bit of better living through chemistry with the over the counter pain killers. I head back to the gym tomorrow morning for back and biceps.
