Team in Training and A Day of Rest….

I knocked out a little over 3 miles today with Team in Training in preparation for the Country Music Marathon at the end of April.  I’m still trying to figure out how I’m going to manage my food to eat enough to fuel me for the longer mileage days and still lose weight at the pace I’d like.   When I started out this morning, my legs were still very sore from the legs and glutes workout at Body Design yesterday but the walking did help get that pesky lactic acid moving again.

I’m going to be taking Sunday as a day of rest.  I think the Good Lord was on to something there. 🙂
